20mm Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo Kitchen with intricate edge detail

Brief

The client’s brief here was very simple. They wanted something special!

What We Did

We discussed numerous edge details and finally produced a prototype for approval prior to production. The prototype we produced involved an ogee or lamb’s tongue top with a fascia and shadow line.

A second slab was required for perfect grain matching of all edges, due to the width of the bench top. The intricacy of this job was then further increased as we hand shaped all corners for their special shape.

Result

A couple of weeks later, after dedicated polishing by our team, a piece of art was produced!

20mm Calacatta Marble Grain Matched Bathroom

Brief

To grain match Calacatta Marble in their bathroom and provide an extended seat and vanity in Aqua Black Granite.

What We Did

Over months, many slabs were carefully cut and grain matched piece by piece. This produced a seamless flow throughout the whole bathroom.

For the seat and vanity, 30mm Aqua Black Granite was used to provide a stunning contrast and a hard-wearing working surface.

Result

We love the opportunity to have the time and go to the nth degree. Here is an example. This is our most stunning bathroom.

20mm Calacatta Marble Intricate Fireplace

Client Brief

To produce a unique Calacatta Marble Fireplace.

What We Did

In consultation with the client, ideas were put forward to produce a hand drawn fireplace to scale.

After approval, many months were taken to produce the individual hand shaped pieces that were then put together on site. A very slow but rewarding, and almost artistic piece of finished Marble.

Result

A master built fireplace that will still be looking just as good in another 20 years time.

20mm Crema Marfil Marble Stairs, with matching risers and landing

Client Brief

To produce Crema Marfil Marble stairs, with matching risers and landing.

What We Did

Every stair and landing was templated to ensure an exact and perfect fit for every piece.

Reinforcing rods were cut and glued into the back of all the stone to ensure a solid product in this sometimes weaker Marble. This also enabled us to make the massive landings in one piece.

This was a very difficult job to manufacture. However, the client gave us the time we needed to complete it to perfection.

Result

A perfect looking job from every angle….up, down, and every which way.

30mm Calacatta Marble Kitchen with Pencil Round Edge

Client Brief

Produce a Calacatta Marble Kitchen incorporating an undermount sink and an island bench.

Result

A stunning appearance gave this kitchen the feature it deserves, with lots of WOW factor. A double undermount sink enhances the overall look.

The stone was honed and sealed to ensure its longevity. Pencil-round edges reduce chipping over a standard bevel or arris edge.

Client Brief

To produce a modern Calacatta Marble kitchen with perfect grain matching, including Calacatta Marble splash backs.

What We Did

This was a very tricky and intricate job to manufacture. Substrates were glued into the stone in our factory to ensure extra strength on this soft Marble. Edges were slowly and carefully mitred to ensure perfect grain matching. Many staff were required to safely and carefully manufacture these big pieces.

Result

Very happy customer! To see the finished job is very rewarding.

Client Brief

The client required something stunning to match his outlook and views over the city.

What We Did

We completed this kitchen with premium Jet Black 30mm granite. The highest quality stone in 30mm enabled us to produce large pieces, making his kitchen appear seamless.

In particular, the splashback/servery was manufactured as one piece in our factory.

30mm Black Forest Gold Granite Kitchen with Pencil Round Edge

Client Brief

The Granite was required to be the main feature and stand out in this modern new home.

What We Did

We used the most popular black on the market—Brazilian-sourced Black Forest Gold. This beautiful stone looks similar to marble, which is not found in many granites.

The trick with this product is how to chemically treat the cut edges when polishing them. Otherwise, they come up dull and do not look the same as the surface. 30mm granite was used to ensure a thick edge as well as, longevity on their large island benchtop.

Result

A very modern kitchen with the WOW factor that the client required.

Custom Regent Style Fireplace made from 30mm and 20mm Carrara Marble with a Dark Emperador Marble Hearth

Brief

The client wanted a timeless, elegant Regent style fireplace to become the focal point of their living space. The fireplace needed to be custom made and scaled to suit the existing chimney breast and gas fire that had already been built and installed. A strong visual impact was requested, while keeping with classic styling and natural stone finishes.

What We Did

We crafted the fireplace using both 30mm and 20mm Carrara Marble, carefully selected for its soft veining and refined appearance. To provide contrast and grounding, the hearth was produced in Dark Emperador Marble, adding depth and warmth to the overall design. The fireplace was custom scaled to perfectly frame the existing gas fire and integrate seamlessly with the chimney breast. Attention was given to balancing proportions, ensuring the regent detailing worked in harmony with the client’s interior style.

Client was very impressed with the functionality of this beautiful stone.

Full Custom Pearl White Marble Staircase with 30mm Bullnosed Steps, Solid Columns, Stringers and Landings.

Brief

Client wanted a grand, timeless staircase in natural stone to act as a statement feature while remaining durable and practical.

What We Did

We used both 20mm and 30mm Pearl White Marble throughout. Each step was crafted in 30mm marble with a bullnose edge for strength and elegance. Solid marble columns, side stringers and landings were constructed to create a seamless architectural design.

Result

The staircase became a striking centrepiece of the home, combining luxury, function and timeless style.
