Step 1: Select Your Preferred Stone
The first step in quoting your dream project is selecting your preferred stone.
Explore our Natural Stone Colours and Engineered Stone Colours to begin your selection process.
Natural Stone Selection
- Visit our trusted suppliers to view full slabs and choose colour/pattern.
- Links to recommended local suppliers will be provided.
- Once selected, visit our factory to inspect and approve slabs before processing.
Engineered Stone Selection
- Choose from in-office samples (due to uniform appearance).
- Option to visit local suppliers for viewing larger pieces.
Helpful Recommendations
To ensure the best possible match for your design, we strongly recommend bringing along any relevant materials, such as paint chips, fabric swatches, flooring samples, and—most importantly—cabinet samples. Allow adequate time for thoughtful selection—it’s key to a lasting, satisfying result.
Step 2: Complete the Online Quote Form
Once you’ve selected your preferred stone, the next step is to complete our Online Quote Form.
Fill out the form thoroughly for an accurate estimate and include:
- Measurements
- Layout details
- Edge profiles
- Splashbacks
- Cut-outs (e.g. sinks, cooktops)
- Special features or requests
Please Note:
The quote is an initial estimate only. Final pricing may vary based on on-site measurements, installation conditions and final material/finish selection.
Step 3 – Accepting Your Quote
Accepting the quote secures your booking in the production schedule and triggers the following:
- An invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
- Ordering of your selected stone.
- Coordination of site measurements.
- For natural stone, as part of quality assurance, we invite you to inspect the actual slab at our factory before fabrication.
Processing time
- 7 to 20 working days, depending on complexity and schedule.
- We’ll keep you updated throughout.
Final Measurements
- The quote includes a final on-site check measure.
- Templating (if required) is an extra charge. Templating is used for complex layouts and involves creating a full-size, highly detailed pattern of your benchtops, clearly indicating cutouts, joins, edges, corners, splashbacks, tap holes, and more. It can be required for curves, angles, and out-of-plumb or wavy back walls.
Measuring Process
- Done after cabinetry is 100% complete.
- All sinks and cooktops must be on site.
- Undermount sinks must be returned to our factory to allow for a precise fit during fabrication.
- Additional charges apply for return visits, including templating if not included in the quote.
EXISTING Benchtop Removal
- Not included in standard quote. Separate quote required.
Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing begins after all of the following are completed:
- Stone has been viewed and approved.
- Deposit payment received.
- Final on-site measurements done.
- All sink, cooktop, and cutout details confirmed.
Fabrication includes:
- Slab inspection for flaws.
- Grain/vein matching (natural stone).
- Edge shaping, gluing, laminating and polishing.
- Sealing of stone.
- Careful packing for installation.
