Step 2: Complete the Online Quote Form
Fill out the form thoroughly for an accurate estimate and include:
- Measurements
- Layout details
- Edge profiles
- Splashbacks
- Cut-outs (e.g., sinks, cooktops)
- Special features or requests
Please Note:
The quote is an initial estimate only. Final pricing may vary based on on-site measurements, installation conditions, and final material/finish selection.
Step 3 – Accepting Your Quote
Accepting the quote secures your booking in the production schedule and triggers the following:
- An invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
- Ordering of your selected stone.
- Coordination of site measurements.
- For natural stone, as part of quality assurance, we invite you to inspect the actual slab at our factory before fabrication.
Processing time
- 7 to 20 working days, depending on complexity and schedule.
- We’ll keep you updated throughout.
Final Measurements
- The quote includes a final on-site check measure.
- Templating (if required) is an extra charge. Templating is used for complex layouts and involves creating a full-size, highly detailed pattern of your benchtops, clearly indicating cutouts, joins, edges, corners, splashbacks, tap holes, and more. It can be required for curves, angles, and out-of-plumb or wavy back walls.
Measuring Process
- Done after cabinetry is 100% complete.
- All sinks and cooktops must be on site.
- Undermount sinks must be returned to our factory to allow for a precise fit during fabrication.
- Additional charges apply for return visits, including templating if not included in the quote.
EXISTING Benchtop Removal
- Not included in standard quote. Separate quote required.
